KAISER GROUP is expanding

KAISER acquires the Dutch company ATTEMA B.V.

Schalksmühle. KAISER GmbH & Co. KG is strengthening its presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. With retroactive effect to January 1, 2017, KAISER has acquired all the shares in ATTEMA B.V. in Gorinchem and also in its Belgian subsidiary in Erembodegem.

Together with its subsidiaries AGRO (Switzerland, China) and HELIA (Belgium), KAISER, whose headquarters are in Schalksmühle, Germany, guarantees permanently high product quality for installation solutions which meet the market's requirements. Now, with the acquisition of ATTEMA, the KAISER Group has more than 500 employees.

As an independent and family-owned company, KAISER and its internationally-oriented network market a wide range of over 4,000 articles in the flush-mounting, cavity wall, concrete construction and cable gland sectors. KAISER is an innovative system supplier and also offers solutions which meet the current needs of building practice such as energy efficiency, fire, sound and radiation protection in addition to refurbishing, and supplies suitable products for the electrical trades and industry.

ATTEMA, the manufacturer of electrical installations, was founded in 1966. With its headquarters in Gorinchem, and its subsidiary in Belgium, the company is a leading manufacturer of innovative products and solutions in the market sectors of installation, infrastructure, building and special products. With its 150 employees, ATTEMA will function as an independent unit within the KAISER Group and will continue to service the Dutch market under its well-known brand name.
